Hair Challenge/Journet Update

Hey Ladies and Gents, today I have to say I see progress in my inversion method and these twists are starting to get rough looking by the hair growth. Its really crazy because its already warmer than usual and where I live and your hair grow faster in the warmer months because of more blood circulation. I believe my edges are growing to but I will take a picture next week to see how much it has grown. I will keep you poster on this journey and pictures will be up soon with before and after shots. I did not take a picture of the first day started so I will have to take a picture today and see how it looks for my birthday.
Until next time

My Healthy Hair Challenge/Journe

How ya doing Ladies and Gents

I have a journey that I am embarking on. Its just making sure my hair is healthy from root to tip and is full of body and thickness.
I'm going to tell you step by step of the process I have started to start with healthy hair. They are in no particular order.

  1. Cut off all damaged hair (split ends, ssk, frayed ends and thinning hair).
  2. I blow dried and flat ironed my hair to give it a good cut since my ends were like sand paper.
  3. Give yourself a good protein treatment followed by a moisturizing deep conditioner after the flat iron* (optional)
  4. Wash hair with twists or loose braids to prevent future tangles.
  5. Wash your hair with clarifying soap ( I used black soap).

ROSA PARKS AND OUR PEOPLE STILL SITTING ON THE BACK OF THE BUS

I hope you Enjoy and as always

Our family was told to sit on the back of the bus because we suppose to we was not treated equal. They would let white
people sit in the front because it took let time for them to walk they was in the front because they didn't have to walk
far all they had to do was take a couple steps and they got to call the shots on who get to sit where and when. If there
was no seat for them to sit down then we would have to get up and stand. They got first dips on where they was able to sit
as long as it was the closest to the front of the door. You was not allowed to not listen to then when they told you to get up.

Semi Mini Twists

Hello Ladies and Gents just coming to you with a quick post on my new hair challenge I'm trying out.
I'm doing a 2 Strand Twist challenge, with the Inversion Method, Green House Effect, and massaging my scalp.

It has been a week since I twisted my hair and I plan on over the weekend to water wash my hair and redue my twists half of the size they are till my birthday on June 12th, which is almost three weeks away.

Flat Ironed Bantu Knot Out

BANTU KNOT OUT "FLAT IRONED HAIR"

Hello Ladies and Gents, I have some picture of my Bantu Knot Out on Flat Ironed Hair.
I was very quite simple with the routine. I did not use a lot of products, as I wanted my hair to flow and also I just wanted a little hold and shine without the heaviness of Gel.
